Freda Salvador Chooses Stitch Labs for Cross-Channel Inventory Visibility and Robust Reporting

Built around the idea that everyday style can be effortless, yet elevated, Freda Salvador is a Bay Area-based brand for fashion-forward women. Their shoes are handcrafted in Spain in small, exclusive batches, with a couture look and a feel designed for a pavement-pounding lifestyle. This female-run brand was founded five years ago and has since expanded into wholesale, two brick-and-mortar locations, a mobile sales trailer, and an eCommerce site.

The Challenge

As Freda began to rapidly grow into multiple locations, they needed greater visibility into where inventory was being stored across their various locations . For marketing events like with their mobile shoe trailer, Theresa Luke, Operations Manager at Freda Salvador, found herself ballparking sales without access to accurate, up-to-date inventory. Siloed inventory was making it more difficult for the team to aggregate data to make informed business decisions surrounding allocation of their exclusive stock. Theresa was spread thin, and a sell-through report for analyzing performance at a given location could take her up to three days to create. She realized that in order for Freda keep up with the company’s growing demand, they needed a system that could help them streamline and automate their operations.

The Solution
