Last week, our team was presented with the Bronze Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year category in The 13th Annual American Business Awards. (Phew! Try saying that five times fast.)
Best customer service department – what an honor!
As someone who is not on the customer service team, I can take a moment to brag about how wonderful they are. Sara, who leads the team, is one of the most graceful people I know. If you have had the pleasure of talking with her – you’ll know what I mean. She’s grown a team full of compassionate, smart, wonderful people that do their best to help our customers. Being on a customer service team can often be a thankless job, and people make a lot of assumptions about what they do and what their impact is. Here at Stitch, they’re invaluable.
We rely every day on the information our support team gathers from customers. They provide insight into what solutions we could provide and how to make retailers’ lives better. They’re our eyes and ears on what’s most important and it feels great to work for a company who recognizes the value of that.
Okay, enough bragging.
