New in Stitch: Google Analytics, Supplier Scorecard + More

  |

We’re all inundated with data and the important role it plays when making business decisions. How we should be measuring and tracking everything that our customers do or even attempt to do and use this information to drive every decision we make. I don’t know about you, but sometimes it makes me feel both overwhelmed and inadequate. I would love to make every decision with as much data as possible, but the act of gathering it is just too time consuming. And even if I had it, I am not exactly sure what I should do with it.

It’s a lot to take in!

To make this easier, we’re working hard to address the challenges of gathering, analyzing and interpreting the data critical to your retail business. We have more than thirty reports, and we just added three additional types of reports to help you run your business better.

Supplier Scorecard: Build better business relationships with your suppliers by benchmarking them against industry standards.  Now you can see how they rank on key performance metrics such as required lead time, percent of on-time delivery and accuracy of order fulfillment.

Google Analytics: Aggregate your Google Analytics data across all your channels to get a holistic view of the interest for your products. Use this information to understand what is increasing in popularity, how your advertising is helping drive interest and what you should restock.

Custom Reports: If you are analytically inclined and have a particular report you were interested in accessing, we also offer custom reports tailored to your business. These reports are stored in Stitch and can be created on demand whenever you need them.

Join us for our upcoming Reporting Drill-Down webinars to learn how to use Stitch reporting to grow your business.
