An integrated sales channel is any one of our integrated partners through which you sell your products. For example, Etsy, Shopify, and BigCommerce are all integrated sales channels. Stitch allows you to connect to as many integrated sales channels as you need.
Import products directly from both Amazon Marketplace and Fulfillment by Amazon into Stitch. Orders, inventory levels, and customer information flow into Stitch and into any of your other integrated channels. When you make a sale on Amazon, your inventory will automatically update in Stitch. Similarly, sales on any other integrated channels, such as Shopify, will automatically adjust in Stitch AND Amazon. Spark Pay has a two-way integration with Stitch. Import products directly from Spark Pay into Stitch; there's no need for rebuilding. Similarly, you can push products straight to Spark Pay from Stitch. When you process a sale using Spark Pay, your inventory will automatically update in Stitch and all other integrated channels, such as Shopify. An add-on is a supplemental integration that you can use with Stitch. You can connect as many add-ons as you need; we do not charge extra for integrating Stitch with these services.
Get paid in just three clicks by integrating PayPal with Stitch. Send PDF invoices via email directly from Stitch, allowing customers to use a unique link to pay the invoice. Stitch automatically updates the payment information and status.
Ship your online and offline orders with FedEx, UPS, and USPS with Stitch's integration with ShipStation. Every order will automatically be imported into ShipStation, where you can ship one at a time, or in bulk, with volume shipping discounts. Once your order has been shipped the packing slip, cost, and tracking information will automatically be available in Stitch. Customers will be notified of this information for orders from online channels, such as Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.
Link Stitch directly with Xero to automatically import your customers, vendors, inventory, invoices, payments, and expenses in real-time. This will enable you to automatically generate your balance sheets, P&Ls, and other financial documents and reports you will need to manage your business.
