Tuesday Tip - "Having Multiple Addresses for Customers is Important"

Many Stitch customers need to be able to send packages to different locations for the same customer in their contact list. This is one of the main reasons we've set Stitch up in a way that allows for multiple addresses for every contact.

It's really easy to add multiple addresses. In your contact area, select the contact that you'd like to have more addresses for. Next, you can easily add addresses (as many as you like) by simply clicking the "add address" button.

This really comes in handy if you have a customer that regularly has you send them merchandise, but once and a while they want you to drop ship something for them.


Now that you've added the addresses into your contact, you're all set. When you're creating an order, you have the ability to easily select which of the addresses you'd like on invoices and packing slips.



This keeps you from re-entering addresses and also helps you keep track of what packages went where.
