We took our first major step in connecting the on-line and off-line world last week, and are thrilled to announce that Stitch can now seamlessly integrate with your Etsy sales! One of the many great benefits of this integration is when a product is sold from your Etsy store, Stitch can automatically re-list that item, so you won’t miss sales from being too busy to re-post. That’s just the tip of the iceberg though… there is much more to come on the integration front (i.e. shipping solutions, other popular shopping carts, etc.). Very exciting. Let us know if you have any suggestions or feedback… we’re all ears!
Also, some of our best friends came into the lab to test our new Etsy integration. It was wonderful watching them link their Etsy store to Stitch with just a couple clicks! Best of all we got to learn more about their businesses (and how Stitch has helped) over a tasty lunch. Thanks for joining us, ladies!
Brandon had the opportunity to take the stage and present the newest Stitch integration to press, investors, possible partners and a panel of judges at the Under the Radar Conference (UTR) last week. He did an outstanding job!
Not only did he get to share the Stitch/Etsy integration with the world, but Brandon got an opportunity to sit down with Etsy’s CEO, Chad Dickerson, and share the news with him privately. Can you believe how awesome that is? I told you this was an amazing news month. Chad loved how easy it was to link Stitch with Etsy and he knew it would really help people that make and sell products stitch their on-line and off-line sales together.
Our Business Apps Workshop with Bazaar Bizarre was a Hit
We partnered with Bazaar Bizarre and a few other productivity experts to discuss computer applications that can make a business owner’s life easier. There were about 50 small business owners in attendance. We’re all about efficiency in the lab, so whenever we have an opportunity to share tools that help business owners save time and be more productive, we love to shout it from the rooftops.
Several influential people are taking notice of what we’re doing in the lab and are helping spread the word. Some of the recent posts came from our friends at SFIndiefashion, Indie Crafts, Scoutie Girl, and our very own marketing maven, WilloToons (who posted a video, too!).
Wow! That was a pretty busy month. We’re having so much fun though and it’s almost the holidays. For those of you already using Stitch, you know how much better the busy holiday season will be. For those of you that aren’t Stitching yet, it’s time to get on the train. Let’s Make Stitch Happen!
Thank you so much for being a part of our newsletter and reading all the way to the end. If you’re not following us on Twitter and Facebook, be sure to do so. We’ll talk again soon.
